Replacement Dues Card – MWPHGL of Texas
 
This Replacement Dues Card is issued to members of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Texas and its Jurisdiction who require a duplicate of their official membership card. The card identifies the member’s lodge affiliation, name, and membership number, serving as verification of good standing within the jurisdiction.
 
Replacement cards are provided when the original dues card has been lost, damaged, or requires updating. This card allows the member to present proper identification when visiting lodges, attending Masonic functions, or conducting official Masonic business.
